Exchanging & Sharing Abundance

An Apology Is In Order

July 7, 2020

Summer is officially here as we approach Independence Day, and we stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters who demand justice, transparency, and accountability.

Today I’m reaching out with a humble apology from the entire HVC Team regarding the migration of our data to a new software system. While our goal remains providing you and all of our members with an updated, more user-friendly experience when using the Hudson Valley Current app and website, we misjudged the speed with which we could effectively make the transition. The launch of the new system has been met with a few glitches and bumps along the way, and we are deeply sorry for any inconveniences.

That being said, we want you to know that the new app and website are great, and we’re happy to be rolling it out over the next week to provide you with the reliable service you deserve. While we continue to test the new system and share updated passwords with each member, please feel free to contact David Cagan at david@hudsonvalleycurrent.org or (845) 206-6675 with any questions or concerns, or to have him perform a transaction on your behalf.

As a small token of our appreciation for your patience and understanding, we would like to extend a discount on all offerings available at our table at the Kingston Farmers Market this coming Saturday, July 4th. Just come on by and tell us you’d like to receive the “Humble Pie Discount” and we’ll take 25% off your Farmers Market order.

The new system is up and running (we even have our new app in the App Store and Google Play store), but we would like to work with each member closely to get you set up with a new password and to walk you through the new features. We will stay in touch with you about this.
