The Kingston Food Co-op will be a community-owned grocery store in midtown Kingston. With over 9,000 feet, we will be a full service store with a focus on local, affordable, ethical and culturally relevant foods. As owners of this grocery store, members can participate in the democratic governance of the co-op, take on leadership roles, and share in the co-op’s profits. Everyone is welcome to shop with us!
We offer member shares for $150 per adult, which are lifetime memberships that never expire. We also offer low-cost Solidarity shares ($15 per adult for a lifetime membership) to low-income people, Black, Indigenous, Latinx people, and other people of color.
